This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds at Supreme Media Productions ("we," "our," "us"). By booking our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Booking Advance


A booking is confirmed only after we receive an advance payment.

The advance amount blocks the event date, reserves resources, and helps us plan logistics.


2. Cancellation by Client


If the client decides to cancel the booking

  1. Advance payments are non-refundable in all cases.
  2. Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Any payments made beyond the advance will be reviewed individually.


3. Rescheduling of Event


Please inform us about rescheduling requests as early as possible.

Rescheduling depends on date availability.

If the new date is not available, we will treat the booking as a cancellation.

Additional charges may apply due to changes in logistics or pricing.


4. Cancellation by Supreme Media Productions


In the rare case that we cannot provide services due to unavoidable circumstances:

We will process a full refund of the amount paid, or

We will offer an alternative date or service solution, subject to mutual agreement.


5. No-Show or Event Delay


If the client or event does not proceed as scheduled (no-show, major delay, or denial of access), no refund will be provided.

We will not compensate for coverage time lost due to delays caused by the client or venue.


6. Force Majeure


We will not be liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Venue shutdowns
  • Acts of God

In such cases, we may provide rescheduling options at our discretion.


7. Refund Processing


Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.


8. Package Changes & Add-Ons


Any downgrade, upgrade, or removal of services after confirmation may change the pricing.

Refunds for removed services are not guaranteed once work has started.


9. Acceptance of Policy


By confirming a booking and making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
